When can I cancel an order placed by me?

Amazzy has two types of policies: cancellations and refunds. If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, it would be considered a ‘Cancelled order’. If the order is shipped and you cancel it, it would be considered a ‘returned order’. You can cancel your order whenever you want.

What is the process to cancel an order?

You can cancel your order in your orders history section.

How can I return my product?

We will send you a courier to pick up the product. You need to return it in the original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. We will start the refund process when the product is received in our warehouse in the same shipping box in original condition.

Can I cancel a part of my order?

Yes, you can. You will receive a refund for the cancelled part of your order provided we receive the concerned item in its original condition and packaging.

When will I get my refund?

We will start the refund process on the same working day as the cancellation, and your account/card will be credited on the same working day. In the case of a returned order we will start the refund process when the product is received in our warehouse in good condition in the original packaging. The refund in this case will be processed in a week.

How will I get my refund if I paid Cash On Delivery (COD)?

COD refund can either be in form of a cheque or a NEFT transfer, as per your preference. It will take a week to process the refund.

What is method to return a product?

We offer Pick up facility in certain areas, where the product is picked up by our representative from your shipping address. In case this facility is not available for your location you will have to ship the product on your own and send us a scanned copy of the courier receipt on our customer care mail address at contact@amazzy.com

What do I need to ensure while returning a product?

You need to make sure that the product is returned in good condition i.e. it should not be used, damaged or spoiled. The packaging box should be the same one provided by Amazzy.

What are the charges for returning a product?

You don’t need to pay any charges (shipping/ return courier etc.), when you return a product in areas where our Pick Up Facility is available. In case this facility is not available for your location, you will have to ship the product and we will refund the amount to you. You’ll need to fill up the return slip that comes with your order and paste it on the package before shipping it. The courier charges will be refunded in the form of Amazzy Paisa (Store Credit) at the rate of Rs.50 / Kg or actual (whichever is lesser). This can be redeemed against future purchases.
